This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing, dispatching, and delivering your orders within the United States.
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- Shipping Destinations
At this time, APHRODAINTY LLC exclusively ships within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington D.C. We do not currently offer international shipping, nor do we ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses at this stage.
- Fast & Discreet Shipping Guarantee
Privacy is our top priority. We ensure that your purchase remains confidential from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep.
- 100% Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, generic boxes or poly mailers. There are no logos, brand names, or descriptions of the contents on the outside of the package.
- Inconspicuous Return Address: The return address on your shipping label will not mention “APHRODAINTY.” It will instead display an inconspicuous name, such as “AD Fulfillment Dept.”
- Confidentiality: We do not include invoices or packing slips that list product details on the outside of the packaging.
- Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
We utilize automated fulfillment systems to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
- 24-Hour Dispatch: All authorized orders are processed, picked, packed, and handed over to our shipping couriers within 24 business hours of the order being placed.
- Business Days: Our fulfillment centers operate Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. Federal and California State holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
- Order Modifications: Due to our rapid automation, the window for modifying a shipping address or order detail is extremely narrow (often less than 60 minutes). Please contact [email protected] immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment queue.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with trusted national carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure reliable transit.
- Origin: All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our primary fulfillment facility located in California.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: We charge a standard flat-rate delivery fee of $10.00 for all orders.
- Subsidized Rates: Please note that this $10.00 fee is a subsidized rate provided as a courtesy to our customers; it does not reflect the actual, higher cost of expedited shipping and handling for premium boutique items.
- Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote rural areas may require additional transit time.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours of your purchase.
- Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibilities
- Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as “Undeliverable” or “Return to Sender” due to a customer error, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of the return transit and re-shipping, which may exceed the $10.00 flat rate.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If a package is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier, we will assist you in filing a claim and arranging a replacement.
- Refused Deliveries: Refusing a delivery does not constitute a valid return or cancellation. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee and the deduction of actual two-way shipping costs incurred by APHRODAINTY LLC from any potential credit, in accordance with our “All Sales Final” policy.
