To maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene for all our customers, we adhere to strict industry regulations regarding the return of intimate garments.

By making a purchase on www.aphrodainty.us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

  1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal nature of intimate apparel and in strict compliance with health and sanitary regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for items once they have been delivered. For the protection of our customers and to ensure the hygiene integrity of our inventory, garments that have left our controlled fulfillment environment cannot be restocked or resold. Consequently, all sales are considered final. The only exception to this policy is for items that are proven to be materially defective or damaged upon arrival.

  1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We pride ourselves on the quality of our boutique collections. If you receive an item that is materially defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or a refund, provided the following criteria are met:

  • 14-Day Notification Window: You must notify our support team at [email protected] within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date recorded by the courier.
  • Unworn Condition: Any item reported as defective must be in its original, unworn condition with all original tags and protective hygiene liners (if applicable) intact.
  • Proof of Issue: To initiate a claim, please email us with:
    • Your full name and Order Number.
    • A clear description of the defect or damage.
    • High-resolution photographs showing the specific area of concern.
  1. Sizing and Fit

As a boutique retailer, we provide detailed sizing information to assist you in making an informed purchase. Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering. Because we cannot accept returns for intimate apparel due to incorrect sizing for hygiene reasons, we encourage you to contact our support team if you have questions regarding fit prior to purchase.

  1. The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process

If your claim for a defective item is verified and approved by our team:

  1. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and a prepaid return shipping label.
  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.
  3. The RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the return shipping box.
  4. Important: Returns sent to our facility without an authorized RMA number will be rejected and disposed of for sanitary reasons without a refund.
  1. Refund and Replacement Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our Quality Control team:

  • Approval: If the defect is confirmed and the item is in its original, unworn state, we will ship a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your financial institution (Stripe, PayPal, or your bank) to post the refund to your account.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: The original $10.00 standard shipping fee is a non-refundable service charge and will be deducted from any final refund amount.
  1. Order Cancellations

Our fulfillment process is highly automated to ensure rapid dispatch. As a result, the window for canceling an order is extremely small.

  • To request a cancellation, email [email protected] immediately with “URGENT CANCELLATION” and your Order Number in the subject line.
  • If the order has already entered the fulfillment or shipping phase, it cannot be canceled, and our “All Sales Final” policy will apply.
